Turkish pop megastar Tarkan will be giving an encore in the form of a
complete concert when he takes to the stage on Aug. 18 for a third live gig at İstanbul's Cemil Topuzlu Open-air Theater in a month.
Organizers of the Avea Harbiye Open-air Concert Series, which the singer opened on Aug. 4, said they have added a third concert by Tarkan to the slate, which was to originally wrap up on Aug. 17 -- again with Tarkan. Tickets at www.biletix.com
