Once Yalin (http://www.yalinonline.com/), who had a successful occupational advancement in the Turkish pop music business, lived in rented accommodation there.
Tarkan plans to modernise his three-storeyed house by installing an elevator and a Hammam (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hammam) with golden ornaments.
Tarkan also has a villa in Istiney (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C4%B0stinye) and Zekeriyaköy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zekeriyak%C3%B6y), an apartment in New York and a farm in Polonezköy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polonezk%C3%B6y).

Ata Demirer (http://images.hepsiburada.com/assets/Muzik/500/musicdmc042.jpg), a popular Turkish showman, wanted to invite Tarkan to his new TV-show but Tarkan, who earlier stated that he doesn’t intend to attend a Turkish talk show because there isn’t really a good one, refused also this show.

As you know Sezen Aksu’s song Nezaket wich was supposed for Tarkan’s new upcoming Turkish album put rumours in circulation that they break off the connexion again. With this in mind Nazan Öncel is reputed to fix her relationship with Tarkan by writing him a song for his new album. But Tarkan refused it and finally Nazan Öncel gave her song called “Sallan” to Banu Zorlu (http://www.resimland.com/data/media/1099/banu_zorlu_05.jpg).

A magazine for homosexuals called “Kaos GL” had a roper poll asking about the issue “Who is Turkeys gay icon?” That’s the result: 1. Hande Yener, 2. Ajda Pekkan, 3. Murathan Mungan, 4. Aysel Gürel, 5. Küçük İskender, 6. Sezen Aksu, 7. Bülent Ersoy, 8. Tarkan, 9. Zeki Müren, 10. Şebnem Ferah.

Tarkan’s fans and surely Tarkan himself experienced the next keen disappointment by Murat Boz who stated in a reportage in a rude way that he doesn’t want to get mentioned with Tarkan anymore. He is now a singer who has his own way and therefore he doesn’t want this.

Tarkan and his girlfriend Bilge Öztürk were seen with their friends at a restaurant dining. At the exit reporters asked Tarkan about the recent rumours with Sezen Aksu and him. But Tarkan refused to answer the questions by saying them, “If you don't stop asking me questions like that, I won’t give you a reportage”.
Aterwards Tarkan’s car was stopped by the police for checking purposes. While his chauffeur was at a breathe test Tarkan told the police that his chauffeur would never drink alcohol. After the decontrolling when Tarkan arrived home he stated to the reporters in an upset way “I’m not supposed to give you a reportage!”

Tarkan and Sibel Can were supposed to attend at a 5 stars hotel in Antalya together. But later the hotel management decided just for Sibel Can because the amount for these two stars were too expensive for them.
Sibel Can stated at a reportage that even if they could not be on one stage together, they will have a duet in Tarkan’s new album.

According to this news Tarkan’s album will be released at the beginning of next year. Tarkan wants to use for his clip particular places in Turkey, mostly sights for example: Bosporus (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bosporus), the Aegean Coast (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aegean_Sea) etc., but especially the Dolmabahce Palace (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dolmabah%C3%A7e_Palace). So they are working on getting permissions. The headline of this news is something like “Tarkan wants to introduce Turkey with his clip.”
We don’t know whether they mean the Turkish album or the English album because it would be strange if Tarkan wants to introduce his own country to his Turkish fans with his Turkish album. So maybe they mean the English album. But that’s just a interpretation. Don’t take it seriously.

Gülay Erap, a reporter of the Turkish daily newspaper “Hürriyet”, wrote an article about Hande Yener (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hande_Yener) and Tarkan. She criticises Hande Yener with her latest album because it’s a look-west album. (I would call it something between electronic album and imitation of Madonna). So this reporter says that the only star in Turkey is Tarkan because he has his own style and he can manage successfully to put the Turkish traditional instruments in his songs without loosing the modern touch.

As you know after disagreeing with “Istanbul Plak” Tarkan established his own company “Hitt-production” years ago.
But now Tarkan made a deal with the record company DMC for the allocation of his new Turkish album. So his own company “Hitt production” won’t be included for the allocation.
Also it is stated that in this album which is going to be released after one month, will also be songs of Tarkan, Sezen Aksu and Nazan Öncel.

Güray Güler who was Tarkan’s bodyguard between 2002-2006 accuses Tarkan of not paying his money in the amount of 2.895 Euro.
Apart from this allegation the text says that from now onwards Tarkan will only have part-time bodyguards. They will only be with him if it is necessary. For that reason Tarkan laid off bodyguards of his personal bodyguards company Levent Agaoglu.
