Levent...the first time I met him was backstage at Istanbul 2005, where we had a fanclub meeting with the yahoo tarkanclub.
I almost bumped into him and I said, hello I am Inge, ...thinking, that name should ring a bell ( abit arrogantly but many tarkan people know me or at least my name) and he just said, I am Levent...
then later I thought, oh my, he was LEVENT! I did not recognise him because I did not really know what he looked like.

Later I talked with him...he apologized for being so distant and serious all the time...I said, don't worry about it, it is your work. Also he does not speak much English, only Turkish.

He seemed a nice person. But when I see him he is at work, looking around him, being busy. He's doing a good job.
There was a short documentary about him...

just search on youtube for Levent Tarkan. Hopefully you can find it.
